My name is Shravani and I want to welcome you to my wellness journey 🙂
I believe that my overall health is an outcome of what I consume and what I produce. For as long as I can remember, there has always been an emphasis on the importance of fitness and food in my life. As a recent college graduate, I have learned that both of these aspects are not only important for the body, but also for the mind: what I do leads to how I feel. I find a strong sense of accomplishment and growth with every workout and home-cooked meal that I make. It brings me joy when I can share what I have learned with the people around me. So I invite you to explore what I have to share, whether it be about fitness, food, or just myself!
On this blog, you will find my experiences with fitness and food, as well as overall wellness practices that I am trying to achieve. You will find the things that inspire me and the things that challenge me. You will find most of my fitness experiences involve running and all of my recipes to be vegetarian.
